Refinance Closings

Closing held at the location of the borrower’s choosing.

An unsigned copy is left with the borrower
Scanning of the signed closing package when needed on same day funding closings
Package is returned to you using the shipping label you provide
If the closing is local to the title company, I can arrange package pick-up and delivery

Purchase Closings

Closing at the location of the borrower or attorney’s choosing. I will…

Conduct the closing and confirm that all documents required for the purchase are present and signed
Send back funding requirements from the table and disburse checks that you provide once funding is approved
Return the closing package and all collected checks with the shipping label that you provide
If the closing is local to the title company, I can arrange package pick-up and delivery

MY HISTORY

I started as a notary in 2005 after a close friend explained her job as a notary signing agent. I was intrigued with what her role was. She graciously trained me as a mobile notary. I soon realized that I had found my dream job. Spending most of my years in the restaurant business, my love of people made this the perfect career. I loved being out on the road and meeting new people every day. I quickly learned everything I could, taking any and all available courses, receiving my New Jersey Title Producer’s license in 2007.

Three years later, a colleague at a title company mentioned being too overwhelmed to schedule all of their closings. I offered to help and, in 2010, MSC Closing Services, LLC was born. Years later, MSC now covers almost the entire United States with thousands of notaries nation-wide.

Having sold MSC in January 2023, I am once again enjoying the flexible schedule of a mobile notary. I am running Marnee’s Notary Service with the same customer service and dedication. I believe respect and professional courtesy are what sets MNS apart from other notaries.

I run this business with customer service as top priority. After 40 years and counting, I’ve watched my family run a successful business; I saw what customer service, honesty and simple courtesy does. No games. No gimmicks. Just hard work and respect for your clients. I feel that many companies let customer service fall to the wayside. Remember the days when a stop at the gas station included an oil check, tire pressure check, and a window washing? That kind of extra service is inherent in what you get from MNS.
